Customer Success Manager
Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a genuine passion for the success of their customers. The candidate should be a proactive problem solver with impressive communication and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding high value customers with a full demo
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Increase the retention and growth of our most valuable customers
- Identify business opportunities with customers to improve retention
- Be a trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
- Collaborate closely with global team members
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English, other languages is a plus!
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a bias for action.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
Technical skills for guiding customers through technical processes.

Bookkeeper
Description
We׳re looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team and assist our day to day accounting requirements and monthly closing process.
Responsibilities
· Bank accounts reconciliation
· Support in End-of-Month closing
· Processing payments to vendors
· Intercompany reconciliation
· Fixed assets depreciation entries and reports
· Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
Requirements
· Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 2
· 4+ years of proven bookkeeping experience – a must
· English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
· High MS Office proficiency, especially with excel functions – must
· Experience with ERP system
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Team player with a proactive approach
· Service-oriented
· High level of accuracy and attention to details
